"We met Rob at an Open House he was hosting and liked him well enough to have him show us some other homes. We had found a FSBO we liked but he was concerned that the price was too high and uncovered the fact that the house had polybutalene piping which had leaked at least one time before. He encouraged us to make an offer commensurate with its proper value and the plumbing issues. In short, we lost the house to other buyers and were very disappointed. Rob encouraged us not to be too upset and that the right house would come along and to keep looking. He said that it always worked out for the best. Well, sure enough, shortly after, we found a foreclosure that was much larger, had a fully fenced backyard for our son, and gave really interesting features. Rob met me several afternoons and worked with me for several hours each time for over about a 3 week period we did locate the perfect house. "We had been trying to sell our home on our own for awhile but weren't having much luck and not knowing any agents in the area we called on one of the "big names" to come talk with us. Without going into a lot of detail, she told us to list our house at a price we felt was at least $10,000 below its value and when I told her I would never do that she literally had some kind of fit like nothing my wife and I had ever experienced before! Rob Neal came highly recommended to me through a friend who had recently listed her home with him. She went on to say how he had helped her stage her home and how Rob’s ideas changed the look and feel of her home completely.

When I decided to sell my townhouse, I met with Rob, and immediately was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the business. I had made some improvements to my home but did not have confidence or decorating skill required for the final touches to make my home special and to get it ready to put on the market. I told Rob that I had a limited budget but I would appreciate and not become offended by any ideas he might have.

It is difficult to explain how Rob transformed my townhouse from a nice, neat home to a spectacular showcase. Unique floral arrangements, which Rob created for one bedroom and the den, and potted plants added at the front entrance brought color and new life to my home.

In October 2007, one week after listing, we received two offers in the same day. We accepted an offer over the asking price. Rob then utilized his knowledge and personal experience skills of building construction and design in dealing with the unexpected issues and concerns revealed during the home inspection. Without going into detail, suffice it to say that without Rob’s expertise, and confidence in dealing with the inspector, the homeowners’ association and the buyer, the closing would not have occurred.

Rob’s experience and abilities qualify him as an outstanding realtor.
